The result: faster starts, fewer mistakes, and a smoother, more inspiring experience for both beginners and seasoned makers.
My Role
In my role on the Design team, I was an individual contributor on this projects focusing on technical content, copywriting and asset creation.
My responsibilities included:

The Problem
Traditional paper plans and fragmented documentation don’t scale to a tool that mixes real-time digital guidance, CNC-ready geometry and hands-on woodworking. Users needed contextual instructions, machine settings, and part files delivered at the moment of use without interrupting their flow.

We designed an integrated product experience that:
